DIPSAR Admission 2022
DIPSAR Admission has already started its candidate registration from the present academic year of 2022. The institute offers courses for undergraduates, postgraduates, and doctorates in the pharmacy sector. DIPSAR conducts its entrance examination and selects the aspirants according to their decided cutoff.
When students attain the required cutoff, the institute will call them for counseling processes. In other words, the admission process is according to the candidate’s merits completely. However, the steps involved will vary according to the selected program, like undergraduates, postgraduates, and doctorates program.
DIPSAR Admission for Undergraduate Programs of B Pharma, and D Pharma
DIPSAR institute offers both Bachelor’s and Diploma programs in the pharmacy sector. The duration of the Bachelor or B Pharma program is 4 years and that of the Diploma or D Pharma is 2 years. The total intake of candidates for the undergraduate program is 110 students. Accordingly, DIPSAR has an intake of 50 students for B Pharma and the remaining 60 students for the D Pharma program.
DIPSAR Admission for Postgraduate Program or M Pharma
DIPSAR organizes six different specializations under the M Pharma program. The duration of the M Pharma program is 2 years. An interesting aspect is that every candidate has to undergo a qualifying round even when he or she has a valid GPAT scorecard. The specializations offered by the institute include the following.

DIPSAR Admission for Ph.D. Program

DIPSAR Eligibility and Selection Criteria
Depending on whether you want to acquire a doctorate, postgraduate, or undergraduate program, you have to fulfill certain eligibility and selection criteria. These include the following-
Eligibility Criteria for B Pharma, and D Pharma
- Candidates should pass their Higher Secondary (10+2) examination with a minimum of 55percent aggregate.
- Candidates should have Mathematics/Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and English as compulsory subjects in their Higher Secondary program.
- Minimum age limit of the candidate must be 17 years before December 31 or the commencement of the admission process.
Selection Criteria for B Pharma, and D Pharma
- Admission to candidates for B Pharma and D Pharma is according to the merit or cut-off obtained in the DIPSAR qualifying examination. Accordingly, the cut-offs for B Pharma and D Pharma programs are 94 percent and 89 percent respectively.
- Candidates from SC or ST backgrounds may get 5 percent of relaxation in the cutoff percentage in the examination.
- The institute will reserve approximately 10 percent of vacant seats to allow the admission of lateral entries.
Eligibility Criteria for M Pharma
Candidates should pass B.Pharma with a minimum of 55 percent aggregate.
Selection Criteria for M Pharma
- Students will get admission to the M Pharma program according to their GPAT score and the percentage obtained in their DIPSAR qualifying examination.
- The institute will calculate the merit score based on 50 percent of the score in both the qualifying examination and in GPAT.
- The institute will prepare the merit list and admit students according to their merit scores.
- NON-GPAT candidates qualified in the institute’s qualifying examination will get the vacant seats to post counseling via GPAT. However, the admission will be again according to the merit list of NON-GPAT students.

Candidates should pass M Pharma with at least 55 percent of aggregate.
