Delhi government is conducting free English speaking course through the Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University. According to the statistics shared by the government, it expects about one lakh applicants to join the course in the first phase. The Delhi chief minister has planned to implement the free spoken English course in Delhi in various stages.

Delhi’s chief minister said he’s also planning to launch weekend and evening classes because individuals aged 18 to 35 years are generally working. The following are the steps to enroll for the Delhi government’s free spoken English course:

Step 2: Click the signup button on the home page to continue with the registration process.

Step 3: It will open the online admission form for this spoken English course.

Step 4: Fill in the information carefully, such as name, mobile number, date of birth, password, and e-mail address.

Step 5: Click the generate OTP button to receive an OTP to the registered mobile number.

Step 6: Input the received OTP on the registered mobile number to complete the registration process.

Step 7: The individual will receive the login user ID and password to the registered e- mail address. They can use these credentials to log into the portal.

In the next step, the individual must pay INR 950 as a refundable security deposit. The Delhi government will refund the amount upon successful completion of the course. The individual should also select the preferred center for attending the free spoken English course, batch (weekend or weekday), and timing. Based on the availability of the batch size at the preferred center, the individual will receive a final allotment.

To register for the Delhi CM’s spoken English course, it is necessary to meet the following criteria:

• The applicant should be between 18 and 35 years of age
• The applicant must have English as a subject in class 12th
• However, individuals with basic English knowledge are also eligible to enroll in the free spoken English course.
